Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders

What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an advance purchase of a product that has not yet been manufactured in its final form or is not yet available for immediate dispatch. By placing a pre-order with NR9 Collective, you are reserving a unit from our upcoming limited production run and will be among the first to receive the product once it has been produced and dispatched.
Pre-ordered items are produced in strictly limited quantities. Once the pre-order window closes or the unit cap is reached, no further units will be made available at the pre-order stage.

Payment & Charges
Full payment is collected at the time of placing your pre-order. Your card or selected payment method will be charged immediately upon checkout — not at the time of dispatch.
By completing payment you are entering into a binding purchase agreement under Swedish law. You will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

Expected Dispatch Date
We are currently targeting dispatch of all pre-ordered items by 31 August 2026. This date represents our best current estimate based on the production schedule agreed with our manufacturer.
We will make every reasonable effort to meet this date. However, due to the nature of garment production — which involves manufacturing lead times, quality control inspections, international logistics, and customs clearance — minor delays may occur. We will notify you promptly and transparently if any delay arises.

Guaranteed Refund Deadline
★ Key Guarantee
If your pre-ordered item has not been dispatched by 31 August 2026, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid — no questions asked, no deductions, no fees.
Refunds in this case will be processed automatically. We will contact every affected customer by email no later than 3 September 2026. If you have not received your item and have not heard from us by that date, you are entitled to contact us directly to request your refund.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of the refund being initiated, in accordance with Chapter 4, Section 13 of the Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen).
This guarantee does not limit or replace your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish law.

Production Updates & Communication
We are committed to keeping you fully informed throughout the production and fulfillment process. You will receive updates through the following channels:
Email: We will send production updates to the email address used at checkout at key milestones — including production confirmation, quality control completion, dispatch preparation, and shipping notification with tracking details.
Instagram: Ongoing production progress, behind-the-scenes content, and any important announcements will be posted to our Instagram page. We encourage you to follow us to stay up to date in real time.
If at any point your contact details change, it is your responsibility to notify us so that you continue to receive updates.

Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly in writing within the 14-day withdrawal period — by email to the contact address listed at the end of this policy. You may use the standard withdrawal form (standardformulär för ångerrätt) provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket), though this is not required.
Upon withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags attached. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and function.
Note: The right of withdrawal applies from the date of delivery of the physical goods, not from the date of pre-order placement.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been clearly personalised or custom-manufactured to your specifications.

Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your pre-order before the item has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at the address below. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests prior to dispatch.
Once an item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — however your right of withdrawal applies upon receipt of the goods as described in Section 06.
We cannot guarantee cancellation will be processed in time if the request is submitted after production and fulfillment has been finalised.

Product Description & Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, materials specifications, and sizing information are accurate and representative of the final product.
As pre-ordered items are manufactured after the order is placed, minor variations between pre-production samples and the final delivered product may occur — including slight differences in colour rendering on different screens, or minor manufacturing tolerances within industry-standard acceptable ranges.
Material composition, construction method, and core design elements will match those stated in the product listing. If a material or specification change is required due to production constraints, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or does not match the description at the time of purchase, you have full rights under the Consumer Purchase Act (Konsumentköplagen). In such cases you are entitled to:
— Repair or replacement of the item at no cost to you
— A price reduction
— Cancellation of the purchase and a full refund
Please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the fault. We ask that you include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where possible. We will respond within 3 business days.

Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises that we are unable to resolve directly, you have the right to submit a complaint to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at www.arn.se. ARN provides free dispute resolution for consumers in Sweden.
You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for cross-border disputes within the EU.
We are committed to resolving all complaints fairly and promptly. We encourage you to contact us directly first before escalating to a third party.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
