PRE-ORDERS

When will my order ship?
All current products are available as pre-orders. We are targeting dispatch of all orders by Oktober 2026 . We aim to have it set up and done earlier but say that date to have the worst case scenario in mind. You will receive email updates on production progress and a tracking number when your order ships.

Can I cancel my pre-order?
You can request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched by contacting us at connect@nr9collective.com. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible but your 14-day right of withdrawal applies upon delivery.

Will I be charged immediately?
Yes — payment is collected at the time of placing your pre-order, not at dispatch.


SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Sweden, the EU, and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How much does shipping cost?
Sweden: 65 kr standard · 99 kr express · Free over 1,500 kr
EU: 180 kr flat rate
International: 299 kr flat rate

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive an automatic email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.

How long does delivery take?
Sweden: 1–3 business days after dispatch
EU: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International: 7–14 business days after dispatch


VIP CARD

What is the VIP card?
The VIP card is an exclusive physical membership card included with every pre-order. It gives you member access to future discounts, event invites, and collab exclusives from Nr9 Collective and our partners.

Who gets a VIP card?
Only customers who pre-order during this launch window receive a VIP card. It will not be available with regular orders after the pre-order period closes.

What does the VIP code on the card unlock?
The code on your card gives you member discounts with our collab partners including artists and brands in our network. More details will be announced via email and Instagram.


PRODUCTS

How do I care for my garments?
Hoodies and tees: Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry — hang dry only. Do not iron directly on prints or embroidery.
Cap: Spot clean only. Do not machine wash. Store on a cap rack to maintain structure.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?
Under Swedish consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I return an item?
Email us at connect@nr9collective.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately at connect@nr9collective.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Do you have a size guide?
Size charts are coming soon and will be available on each product page before orders ship. If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us at connect@nr9collective.com and we will help you choose the right size.
